Shipping

 

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.  Orders are standard shipping  UPS / US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are base on weight and destination cost will vary depending on location. 

 

When selecting standard shipping the delivery time is 1-3 weeks.  When selecting expedited shipping, the carrier will either be USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination.  Additional fees will apply depending on weight, location, and delivery time.

 

In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of an item, you will be refunded for the amount of the item plus applicable sales tax and shipping.

 

Orders will be shipped complete, unless multiple items are from different distributors. In this event, you will receive your order separately.  You will receive a confirmation for all orders shipped and further questions or concern, please contact us either through email at missionsbook@gmail.com or call customer service at (702) 328-4114 Monday - Saturday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific/Standard time. 

 

ALL ITEMS UNDER $100 INCLUDE A HANDLING FEE OF $4.95. ALL ITEMS $100 OR MORE INCLUDE A HANDLING FEE OF $8.95.

 

Free Shipping 

 

In the event your order qualifies for FREE Shipping (total purchase of $100 or more not including taxes, handling fee, or any donations), the offer is good only on merchandise orders delivered within the United States (excludes, Alaska, Hawaii and New Mexico) by standard delivery to your home or office. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Handling fees may apply. May not be used on prior purchases.

 

Sales Tax

 

In order to comply with state laws, Mission's Christian Bookstore is obligated to collect sales tax on orders billed to or shipped to the State of Nevada.  If you are a resident of Nevada or shipping to Nevada, sales tax for Clark County of 8.1%, other counties will be charged accordingly, will be charged to your order.

 

Order Changes

 

Please make any request for changes in your order as soon as possible. Please call Customer Service between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00pm Monday-Saturday PST or email missionsbook@gmail.com.  We strive to process orders quickly, which makes it difficult to modify orders once the process has begun.

 

Return Policy

 

* Customers may receive a refund on the cost of the merchandise if returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

* Returned merchandise must be in the original sellable condition.

 

* No returns may be on any opened recorded music, software, DVDs, or electronics. These items may be exchanged only, if defective, for the same product within 30 days of delivery date.  

 

* Clearance or discontinued items are sold AS-IS and are NOT refundable or may NOT be exchanged.

 

* A restocking fee may apply to selected items.

 

* The amount of the refund will be for the cost of the merchandise and applicable taxes only. The shipping costs to or from the buyer will not be refunded.

 

* Please repackage the product and return by the same shipping method in which it was shipped using the return address label attached to your packing slip.  If you do not have the label, please call Customer Service or email for instructions.

 

* If the return is due to Mission's Christian Bookstore error, we will pay for the shipping cost on the return. 

 

* We will notify you by email once we have issued your refund or shipped your exchange.  Refunds and any additional charges incurred will be processed to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase through Pay Pal.
